I recently ordered a takeaway mixed kebab from this branch. I arrived close to closing time, so I understand there may have been time constraints. However, the kebab felt a bit rushed, with noticeably less salad than expected, which affected the overall quality.

What was a bit disappointing was the lack of communication. A quick heads-up about limited ingredients or reduced quality would have helped set expectations.

I’ve had better experiences at other branches of the same chain ( I believe so), so I know they can do better. Overall, this was an average experience — not bad, but with room for improvement, especially in consistency and communication.

For the first time I have just got a home delivery and I have to say it was THE NICEST PIZZA I’ve had in a long tiIme. The whole experience was superb with a nice polite delivery man and great value for money. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I have ordered from here before in this branch and have had amazing interactions with staff especially a young lady with a braid and brown hair very helpfull bubbly emergy. Food is always cooked to potential always hot and fresh would very much recommend coming here will come again !!

Something definitely changed, and it’s not for good. I ordered from them a good few times before and it was decent chipper food.

I unfortunately can’t say the same thing about the food I received today.

What I received today was the most blandest, greasiest flavourless food I have had in a long time. I ordered a „smoked cod fillet” meal. The fish maybe sat next to smoked cod, but was definitely not smoked. The batter was flavourless and the chips were definitely not fresh.

As for the service, I opted to pay with cash, the person that delivered the food had no change and just stood there hoping I’d have change.

I do not recommend.

Went to mcaris today to get a battered sausage and a milkshake. it was fairly busy but i just waited patiently. after 20 minutes the man gave me my milkshake and i said thanks and continued to wait for my battered sausage. after 10-15 minutes the man goes to me sorry what did u order again? i said i ordered a battered sausage and he goes okay sorry 2-3 minutes. i didnt mind at all since they were a little busy. a girl came and before she handed me the battered sausage she went on the till to charge me but i had already paid and i said i already paid. she says rudely no you didnt i said yes i did. and this was in front of everyone in the shop including people that i know. i said yes i did and she goes to ask one of the workers he said no i didnt. i told her i paid the guy with the piercing. and she huffs and throws me the bag over the counter. i walked out of there feeling so embarrassed which was not fair and a show was made.
